Dr. Punam Sahgal: Currently Dean and Professor of Organization Behaviour at IIM (Lucknow). Obtained her PhD from FMS, Delhi University. Has formerly been visiting scholar at Kellogg Graduate School of Management, USA. Has more than 3 decades of experience in teaching, consulting, research and training. Has consulted widely with corporates and international agencies in organizational change, design of HR systems and processes and assessment.
